I stand with the Hampton Heritage Alliance in opposition to the 400% expansion of the Hampton Beach Casino.

At the Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBA) meeting on February 20, 2025, the developers promised a revitalized casino of similar size to what currently exists. At the most recent ZBA meeting on May 15, developers reneged on that promise with a new plan that QUADRUPLES the size of the casino. The town, the ZBA and residents had no notice of this enormous redesign.

What does this mean for us?

• Massive increase in TRAFFIC & CONGESTION, dangerous DEGRADATION of EMERGENCY SERVICES & PUBLIC SAFETY,
• more FLOODING AND DRAINAGE ISSUES along the beach and much more…
• Hampton DOES NOT need a FOOTBALL FIELD-SIZED casino!
